Don’t struggle in silence – therapy can help.
Please know that you are not alone in this process, even though you may feel like you have no one to talk to or turn to for help.
Therapy is the answer for you to receive a listening ear and a way to help you get through the struggles you face.
Sessions with me are at your convenience. We will meet weekly via video or phone, allowing you to pick the most comfortable setting.
Sessions will vary depending on how you feel since the last time we met. For instance, we may need to discuss some new or unexpected issues.
Working with me is YOU-focused!
You are the expert in your life. Being the expert means that we will work together to develop the best skills to move you from where you are now to where you want to be.
I will help you learn skills to navigate your current situation. These skills will help you move to a new place in your life. My role is to guide and support you in learning and implementing the skills as you gain the confidence needed to help you improve your overall life.
We’ll build a plan of weekly activities to ensure your life moves in the direction you want, even between sessions. The goal is to help you reconnect with your motivation and drive currently hampered by your struggles.
Together, working as a team, we can develop the best skills to ensure success.
Everyone struggles – even me.
I understand your struggles because I have been in your shoes and faced some of the same struggles.
Therapy in the past helped guide me through my struggles, and that experience allowed me to learn how to implement skills and tools to overcome those struggles.
As a result of my experience, I know how to meet you where you are and help you obtain your goals.
Therefore, if you are a teenager between the ages of 13 and 17 or an adult of any age, I can help you overcome those challenging struggles in your life.
